When our attention in dance is on the breath and the body as a whole ~ a begin to dance with “soma”.
This is a holistic approach to dance. S·O·M·A DANCE - is a practice to feel in, and move through - where we offer space for our internal sensations, to inform the way the body speaks through movement.
